KIKI Kindermode - Be in good hands

IN GOOD HANDS

„If you don’t move forwards, you go backwards“. But which direction should a brand take, when it already operates more than 50 online stores with kids and baby fashion successfully? Enter the realm of the bölb navigation system for better orientation!

Together with Kiki Kids Fashion we developed a business strategy to transfer their success formula to the digital world of E-Commerce. For the adaptively designed online shop we created and photographed custom "Looks", in order to provide a suitable platform for the offered premium brands like Armani, HUGO BOSS, Moncler, Burberry, Steiff and Petit Bateau. The foundation of the success in the offline stores is build on the excellent and distinctive consultation expertise, as well as the stylistic assurance the Kiki brand provides, now reflected online in these Looks.

Products bought online can be changed or returned in every local store to facilitate a positive purchase decision from the prospective customers. An intelligent and unique interlocking business logic between off- and online retail provides added value for the customer.

The redesigned logo, corporate identity and packing design assure a consistent appearance of the brand Kiki Kids Fashion across all channels. Numerous ad campaigns across various channels, including advertisements on Facebook, Retargeting-Banners, Coupons and Search engine marketing (SEM) integrally promote the new online shop after the launch.

As a result, Kiki achieved a significant increase in sales within the first month after the launch of the new online shop.
